Job Overview : We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Snow Shovelers to join our Sidewalk Crew. This as-needed position involves clearing snow and deicing walkways and entrances using shovels, snow blowers, and salt spreaders. No prior experience is required; we provide the necessary training!

Key Responsibilities :

• Clear snow and ice from walkways, entrances, and other designated areas.
• Use shovels, snow blowers, and salt spreaders effectively.
• Work as part of a team under the direction of a crew leader.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with team members.
• Respond promptly to weather-related service requests, typically when snow accumulation reaches 2" or more.
