Salary : 40-60 per hour flat rate

• 5-day work week (Monday Thru Friday! We are closed weekends!!!)

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician with their NJ State Inspection license that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are searching for someone that is a self-starter and works well with others. This person should be efficient and productive. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.

We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama. Our people and systems have earned us a 4.9 Google rating with over 400 reviews.

We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. Our owner and manager are former technicians and understand the technician mindset. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.

Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our experienced technicians usually start making no less than $90k per year. Most make more than $100,000 per year.
