Overview

Human Resources - Operations Coordinator

Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Maintain digital copies of employees' records. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and performing reference checks. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools. Fantastic organizational and time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail. High school Diploma or GED; college degree preferred. Three to five years in an office setting required. Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization's policies, procedures, and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the Human Resources Department. Participates in the department's performance improvement activities. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills. Ability to plan, schedule, prioritize and complete multiple tasks and demands.

Qualifications
