What you will do :

Handle a strong caseload of personal injury cases from the start of litigation through trial
Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
Supervise full-time paralegal / case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis

What you need :

3+ Years of Experience in Personal Injury Litigation (Auto Accidents preferred)

J.D. or Esquire

Colorado Bar License

Background in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials

Benefits
