Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain seamless communication and execution.

Manage site teams, procurement, and project documentation using industry-standard tools.

Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and safety regulations.

Drive project delivery with a focus on client satisfaction and high-end finishes.

5+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects in NYC.

Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, NYC DOB processes, and local subcontractor networks.

Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
