A distinguished anesthesia private practice in Rockford, Illinois, is seeking a dual-trained Pain Management and General Anesthesiologist to join its innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality anesthesia for a diverse caseload, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, and general surgery procedures.
• Develop and manage a pain management program, creating tailored treatment plans for patients with chronic and acute pain conditions.
• Foster partnerships with referring providers to expand the practice's pain management services.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, utilizing imaging (CT, MRI, ultrasound) to inform pain management strategies.
• Collaborate with CRNAs, surgeons, and clinical staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
• Participate in a flexible call schedule, negotiable to balance professional and personal commitments.

• Competitive Salary: Offering $550,000 base salary annually.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and colleagues.
