Are you an experienced family law attorney ready to lead and grow a meaningful practice? We are a boutique firm in Philadelphia dedicated to serving all types of families, including LGBTQ+ and non-traditional families, and we are seeking a motivated attorney with at least 4 years of domestic relations experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution.
  • Provide strategic, compassionate counsel to clients from intake through resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing family law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle a variety of domestic relations issues independently
  • Active Pennsylvania Bar membership
  • Commitment to serving LGBTQ+ clients and non-traditional families

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse clients
  • Experience with adoption and / or assisted-reproduction law
  • Mediation experience or training in collaborative law
  • Active New Jersey Bar membership
  • Salary will be based on experience and qualifications
