  • Package : $150,000 - $250,000 annual STARTING salary (based on experience) + benefits

World’s Best Nutritionals & Organics is a high-growth, pre-revenue nutritional supplements and organic food company Founded by Kevin Trudeau, #1 New York Times Best Selling Author and business tycoon with a proven track record of selling $25 billion+ of products

With millions of dollars of capital already raised and pre-registered customers in over 120 countries, we’re targeting $100M+ in annual sales within 3 years, and $1 billion in sales within 7 years, with a potential planned exit for our 80+ investors via IPO or M&A.

We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious, hands-on Accounting Manager / Controller who can be “Employee #2”. You could potentially grow into the CFO role.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the CEO & Founder and build the entire accounting / finance division
  • Handle all the “basic” day to day accounting functions such as managing QuickBooks, general ledger, A / P, A / R, producing weekly cash flow reports, managing all our bank accounts and credit card processors
  • Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Build and scale the Finance & Accounting division, hiring and developing a world-class team that “gets the job done”
  • Prepare the company for potential IPO or M&A, ensuring financial readiness, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work with our outside auditing firm Grant Thornton and our outside accounting firm Kemper Eisner for tax issues

    • The Ideal Candidate

  • MBA in Finance and / or Accounting from a top-tier institution (e.g. HBS, Stanford GSB, Wharton, Booth, Kellogg, MIT Sloan, Columbia), with physical attendance and deep alumni networks.
  • Experience as an external auditor at a Big 4 accounting firm (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte) preferred
  • CPA, CFP license preferred
  • Proven track record in IPO preparation or M&A exit ($500M+), ideally in the CPG, supplements, or DTC sectors
  • Hands-on experience scaling finance teams and systems in early-stage, high-growth companies (pre-revenue to $100M+)
  • Deep expertise in FP&A, cash flow forecasting, corporate finance, and investor relations
  • Comfortable operating with lean headcount and using automation and modern SaaS tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Shopify, Gusto etc.)
  • Experience managing global finance operations, cross-border compliance, and FX exposure
  • Hungry, humble, and ambitious — constantly seeking growth, feedback, and leadership development
