Associate Program Manager for Aegis Combat System

The Associate Program Manager will serve as deputy PM to In-Service PM and will lead the Program Office in planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting baseline activities for select MIAMD Aegis In-Service Task Orders. This role will work closely with baseline technical leadership including Technical Directors, Engineering Project Managers, and Lead System Engineers to ensure all program objectives are met. The Associate Program Manager will also work closely with Lockheed Martin functional organizations, including Finance and Contracts, to ensure all related business objectives and contractual obligations are met. Key responsibilities include :

• Develop and maintain program schedules and budgets for In-Service program activities
• Lead monthly business rhythm for reporting of contract EVM requirements
• Lead program staffing requirements and related Vemo activities
• Lead ROM requests and Task Order Proposal requests
• Lead internal and external weekly meetings with LM team and MDA and IWS customer
• Lead risk management activities
• Manage CDRL deliveries

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location.
