Santa Teresa, New Mexico

Rotating Shifts 12 hours

Allegiance Staffing west office is looking for skilled talent to join a manufacturing facility that produces bare and tin copper wire conductors. This is an excellent temp to hire opportunity with pay rates starting at $ 20.0 0 per hour. These positions are located in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED (required)

Minimum of one to two years of manufacturing related work preferred

Previous work in the wire industry preferred

Basic computer skills

Ability to operate production machinery

Bunch multiple / single wire within a final product to customer specifications and production parameters

Ability to hot / cold welds

Determine the right action in case of wire breakage

Observe on-going process to ensure machines are operating properly

English / Spanish

Schedule :

7 : 00am to 7 : 00pm for four months with rotating days off and then change to work

7 : 00pm to 7 : 00am for four months with shift differential pay and rotating days off

Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour
