Claims Research Associate

A company is looking for an Associate Analyst, Claims Research.

Key Responsibilities

Reviews and analyzes claims-related issues submitted by providers

Triages issues and assigns them to the appropriate department for further research

Maintains detailed records of claim reviews and identifies trends for process improvements

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in claims processing or a relevant combination of education and experience

Basic knowledge of medical billing and claims processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite / applicable software programs

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace claims is preferred
