Compensation and Benefits Package

Salary : Based on working a minimum of 1452hrs / yr and $215 / hr equates to $312,180. Shift length is 12hrs working 4 on 8 off with opportunity for picking up other shifts / sites.

Retirement :

401K Immediate eligibility for employee contribution and employer matching

our "match" is 3% of gross pay up to IRS limits

Profit Sharing (Combined with Match Goal of 10%) - 7%
