Join a thriving and collegial neonatology team at a regional perinatal center in Pennington, NJ . This full-time Neonatologist position blends advanced clinical care with teaching opportunities , all in a scenic location with easy access to Princeton, New York City, and Philadelphia.

Position Highlights :

Setting : 30-bed Level III NICU

Daily Census : ~17 patients

Annual NICU Admissions : 400+

Deliveries Annually : ~4,000

Coverage Model : Combination of 24-hour in-house shifts + 10-hour day shifts

Advanced Services :

HFOV (High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation)

Nitric Oxide Therapy

Therapeutic Hypothermia

Team Structure : Work alongside 6 other experienced Neonatologists

Teaching Role :

Mentor Family Practice residents and observational students

OB / GYN residency program launching summer 2025

Collaborative Culture : Partner with pediatricians, obstetricians, and other specialists in a true team-based model

✅ Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology (within 5 years of residency)

New Jersey Medical License or willingness to obtain

DEA & NJ CDS / CSR licenses – must be obtained before start

Clean malpractice & license history – Highly Preferred

Neonatology experience

Local residency or willingness to relocate
