  • Patient Volume / Census : 47 patients / day ( 18,000 annually)

  • No. of Beds in Department : 12 ED beds
  • EMR System : Ochsner Epic
  • Support Staff Available : NP / PA daily (12p 10p)
  • Reason for Coverage : Supplemental

    • PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Hospital Privileges Required : Yes

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Louisiana State Medical License, CDS, and DEA
  • Board : BC / BE in EM, FM, or IM (ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM accepted)
  • Certifications : ATLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
