Job Title : Cloud Manager (AEM & Cloud Engineering)

Location : Hybrid - Onsite in Raleigh, NC for 2 weeks each month

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Manager with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), cloud deployment processes, and modern software engineering practices. This role will oversee AEM solution architecture, cloud deployments, CMS migrations, and cross-functional engineering initiatives. You'll mentor engineering teams, drive best practices, and ensure scalable, cloud-native implementations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, reusable AEM solutions , ensuring alignment with business and technical standards.

Manage and oversee large-scale content migrations from legacy CMS platforms to AEM, leveraging automation for efficiency and accuracy.

Define and implement integration strategies for AEM Sites and Assets, enabling seamless connectivity with internal and external services.

Provide technical leadership across engineering and product teams, guiding best practices in AEM development, cloud deployments, and solution architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize technical initiatives and drive execution across projects.

Mentor engineering teams across AEM component development, cloud operations, integration patterns, and CI / CD pipelines.

Manage AEM Cloud Manager deployments and support continuous optimization of AEM environments.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , specifically AEM Sites & AEM Assets-including component development, templates, workflows, and automation.

Strong expertise with AEM Cloud Deployment Processes and managing AEM instances on Adobe Cloud Manager .

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including :

API development

Data modeling

Scalable cloud-based applications in AWS or Azure

5+ years of proven people management experience in an agile software development environment; ability to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams.

Experience integrating third-party tools within an Adobe Cloud ecosystem.

Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines, DevOps practices , and cloud orchestration.
