Overview
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Media Supervisor to join our clients team and play a key role in driving impactful media strategies for their clients / brand.
Position Overview :
The Media Supervisor will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, client management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can mentor junior media team members while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of integrated media plans across digital, social, broadcast, print, and OOH.
- Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with objectives.
- Supervise media planners / buyers, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
- Partner with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Negotiate with media vendors to secure optimal placements and rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.4–6 years of experience in media planning / buying, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or client-facing role.Strong knowledge of media channels, including digital (programmatic, paid social, search) and traditional.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency with media tools (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, etc.).Must be based or open to relocating to the Orlando, FL area.Seniority level
