Responsibilities
- Growing the revenue and profit in line with corporate goals
- Developing sales strategies and tactics.
- Developing and managing the sales cycles from opportunity to sales closure, including presales, product / services experts and other members of your win team
- Driving Sales excellence in CRM that creates team transparency, data driven learning, and accurate forecasting.
- Nurturing your prospect by staying in touch and delivering high quality personal touch points to prospects alongside our marketing nurture
- Identifying target audiences and creatively leading sales and marketing campaigns that engage, drive deals.
As a Senior member of the Leadership team, you work closely with CEO, and lead in all Sales activities.
Required Qualifications :
5+ years B2B sales track record with a focus on ERP solutions and Business Applications.2+ years of sales management experienceExperience with Microsoft Solutions (Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics NAV) is preferred.An independent self-starter and no-nonsense mentality.You understand how to translate Industry business problems into technology solutions.Numerically literate, comfortable working with (financial) numbers and deal profitability.Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent team-playerCombination of strategy and hands-on mentalityActive influencing leader in social media savvy for employer branding, sales, and marketing purposesAbility to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.Energetic and hands-on.
