Belay Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. This position will be hybrid in Columbia, MD. You will play a critical role in ensuring our AWS-based environment is secure, scalable, and efficient. From container orchestration (ECS, EKS) to infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI / CD automation (GitHub Actions), you’ll work with modern DevOps practices to streamline deployments and improve system reliability.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS using ECS, EKS, and Terraform
• Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated deployments
• Implement secrets management using AWS Secrets Manager and HashiCorp Vault
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry
• Enhance security by managing IAM roles, AWS Inspector scans, and security best practices
• Perform infrastructure testing and validation using Terratest
• Support error and performance tracking through AWS X-Ray and OpenTelemetry
• Work closely with frontend, backend, and security teams to optimize cloud deployments

Salary Range : $70,000 to $240,000
