Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Manage a caseload of 40-60 students, tailoring interventions to meet unique communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create effective treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress evaluations.
Required Qualifications :
SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or School SLP certification.Active Alabama speech-language pathology license is mandatory.Experience serving special education populations within a school setting strongly preferred.Ability to work across multiple school sites confidently and efficiently.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Position Details :
