POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Major Account Manager to oversee and grow our commercial accounts. This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored service solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key commercial accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for account expansion by upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major commercial clients, addressing their needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and service teams, to ensure seamless execution of service agreements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their evolving needs and align services accordingly.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify new business opportunities in assigned markets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account performance in CRM software.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the lawncare, pest control, or service industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing commercial accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
