Position and Scope :

The Email Developer will be responsible for building and executing best-in-class email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys.   The ideal candidate has deep experience in email development and dynamic audience segmentation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing marketing campaigns to life.   This role also involves deploying SMS and push notifications as part of a coordinated omnichannel strategy.

As an Email Developer, your daily responsibilities will include :

Email Development & Deployment

• Own the end-to-end email development process, including HTML coding, audience creation, quality assurance (QA), and deployment.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and optimized email templates, ensuring best practices for mobile responsiveness, dark / light mode, deliverability, and inbox placement.
• Conduct thorough pre-launch QA testing, including cross-browser and cross-device validation using tools like Litmus (or similar).
• Manage audience segmentation, list loads, dynamic segment creation, and audience validation for precise targeting and exclusions.
• Execute bulk email sends, automated trigger-based campaigns, and complex customer journeys within the CRM system.
