Parking Enforcement Position

The Parking & Transportation Department is seeking students interested in employment in a Parking Enforcement position on campus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce parking regulations and issue warnings and citations;
• Assist with general campus questions from students, staff, and visitors;
• Assist motorists with basic vehicle issues (battery jump, locked out of vehicle, etc.);
• Monitor bike racks and issue warnings when necessary; and
• Work large events including football games.

Required Qualifications

A valid Class "C" driver's license or higher operator's license is required at the time of appointment and as a condition of continuing employment. The successful candidates must complete the Defensive Driving course shortly after hire. Driving carts on busy campus roads along with pedestrians is required for this position.

Compensation Grade Student Level 1 $13.00 / hr.
