Interfacility Paramedic

Interfacility Paramedic (Interfacility only)

Full-Time

Starting pay $34.61 / hr. and up, based on experience! (this pay rate includes the five dollar an hour stipend for this specific shift)

Are you a dedicated Paramedic who is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients? We are looking for individuals like you to join our team and deliver both basic and advanced patient care during interfacility transfers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action, applying progressive Paramedic protocols.
• Use your Paramedic skills and medical equipment—including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids—to deliver advanced medical care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring they are informed and reassured during care.
• Serve as the Paramedic team leader, overseeing the scene and unit management as needed.
• Drive the ambulance for 911 responses.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow Paramedics.
