Position Hours : Primarily 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Position Wage : $20.00 - $25.00 / HR

Salaries are based on several factors including the skills and experience of the candidates. It is common to be hired at the lower to middle end of a salary range and while it is possible to be hired at the higher end it often requires unique circumstances such as proven expertise.

Position Summary :

Supports the upkeep of our heattreating operations by managing the procurement and inventory of equipment parts and supplies. This role blends handson involvement in the shop floor environment with strong organizational and purchasing skills ensuring that maintenance teams have the right materials at the right time.

Core Responsibilities

Purchasing & Vendor Management

Inventory Control & ERP Administration

Set reorder points safety stock levels and manage part classifications.

Technical Support for Maintenance

Assist in identifying suitable replacements or alternatives for obsolete components.

Participate in troubleshooting sessions when parts availability impacts equipment uptime.

Shop Floor Assistance

Retrieve transport and stage parts for scheduled repairs.

Occasionally perform basic cleaning or minor hands dirty tasks to keep the work area organized.

Process Improvement (6S)

Identify opportunities to streamline ordering processes reduce waste and improve part traceability.

Experience Experience with anMES / ERP system(inventory purchasing or asset modules) configuration data entry and reporting. BlueStreak experience preferred.
