Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time./ph3Responsibilities/h3pstrongWhat youll do/strong/pulliDeliver on Our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by providing assistance when needed and communicating proactively./liliDirect incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless parking experience./liliCount vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed./liliWrite and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies; patrol transient and reserved parking levels as needed./liliProvide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle./liliResponsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform./liliControl traffic at entrances and exits as needed./liliAssist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager./liliReport any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager./liliCommunicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to garage office./liliSubstitute for Valets when necessary, if authorized./liliHave a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage to assist customers in a seamless transportation experience./liliAssist Facility Manager with other duties as needed./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongWhat you need/strong/pulliA valid state drivers license, current address, and acceptable driving record./liliThe ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus./liliAvailability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends)./liliProof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired)./liliThe ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints./liliThe ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos./liliThe ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working./li/ulpstrongSalary Range/strong: $16.00 per hour/ppstrongBenefits/strong: Eligible employees will participate in the various benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401k and paid time off./ppSP+ is an equal opportunity employer committed in policy and practice to recruit, hire, train, and promote, in all job classifications, without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, gender identity, disability or other classes protected by federal or state law.
