TOPS Knives is hiring Sales and Customer Service Associates interested in the knife world. On-the-job training is provided. Prior experience in knife making is not required. Successful candidates will be a part of the team making some of the best cutting tools on Earth. Prior experience with retail sales is appreciated, but not required. Here at TOPS, we work hard and have fun in the process. There are many different jobs to do, and most employees end up being cross trained in different positions. A successful candidate for this position will need the following qualities :

• Ability to stand for most of your shift
• Ability to be self-directed throughout the day
• Ensure accuracy of orders
• Familiarity with computer, printers, various hand tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without help
• Answer customer questions / complaints in person and via email, phone, and social media channels
• Take customer orders
• Enter order info into inventory system

The Sales and Customer Service Associate MUST have a keen eye for detail and be able to ensure that all orders are accurate and timely. The sales and Customer Service Specialist is responsible for creating positive and respectful customer interactions and recommendations to make sure each person gets the products that are right for them. He or she provides an excellent experience for TOPS Knives customers through great communication skills and knowledge of TOPS products. We are a fast-growing company because of the quality of products that we produce. Because TOPS Knives is a small business, employees are frequently cross trained in different departments and asked to help wherever they are needed.
