Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments.
We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today!
Compensation : $18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency
- Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload
- Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team
- Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
- Completing Intake forms
- Scheduling consultations with the Client Intake Specialist
- Performing conflict checks
- Maintaining accurate records in the conversion sheet
- Conducting Potential New Client follow-ups and SCRUB calls
- Reviewing intake leads from various sources
- Assisting with Welcome Packets
- Creating cases and invoices in the firm's management system
- Referring unqualified Potential New Clients to appropriate sources
- Tracking call metrics
- Performing 250 outbound calls a week
- Maintain a high show-up rate for scheduled calls
Qualifications :
