Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Plumbing Manager to lead our plumbing team and oversee all aspects of residential plumbing services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of residential plumbers and technicians.
• Oversee scheduling, work assignments, and project management to ensure timely and quality service.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Train and develop team members on best practices, safety procedures, and new technologies.
• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to drive business growth.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve service issues in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports on job performance, financials, and operational metrics.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and negotiate pricing.
