Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves driving sales growth, building and managing customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Daily tasks include identifying and reaching potential clients, training customers on product usage, and maintaining high‑quality customer service. The specialist will also support the sales management team with planning and strategizing efforts to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and providing exceptional client support.

Experience in Sales and a proven ability to identify and convert potential opportunities.

Knowledge of Sales Management and the ability to contribute to planning and organizational goals effectively.

Training skills, with the ability to explain and onboard customers on product offerings.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in EdTech or AI-driven technology industries is a plus.
