As a Front Desk Agent , you're the first impression of our hotel - a warm welcome, a helpful smile, and a friendly resource for our guests. Your genuine hospitality sets the tone for a great stay. At Holiday Inn Express , we believe every team member is an ambassador who helps guests feel at home and discover what makes our area special.
What You'll Do
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions
Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Assist with daily reports and administrative duties
Deliver exceptional service and resolve guest issues with care and confidence
What We're Looking For
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and computer skills
Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Prior front desk or hospitality experience a plus, but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent
This position requires standing for extended periods, light lifting (up to 20 lbs), and occasional exposure to cleaning materials.
