We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cultivation Janitor to join our cultivation team and help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of our facility.

This role is essential to the success of our cultivation and production operations. You will play a vital part in keeping our workspaces sanitized, our equipment in top condition, and our team operating efficiently. What You'll Do

As a Cultivation Janitor, you'll ensure that every area of the facility stays clean, organized, and compliant with company and state standards. You'll :

Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas throughout the facility.

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment used in cultivation and production processes.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and work surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners as needed.

Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies to support daily operations.

Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.

Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals or PPE.

Support the cultivation and production teams with sanitation or cleaning tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

Able to follow instructions and maintain consistency in daily cleaning tasks.

Familiar with cleaning supplies, sanitation procedures, and safety practices.

Comfortable working in cultivation and production environments with changing temperatures, humidity, and strong odors.

What You'll Need

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Previous janitorial, custodial, or sanitation experience in a cultivation, warehouse, or production facility preferred.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
