As part of Achieving True Self, it is the responsibility of the BC and BCBA to conduct various assessments and, based on behavior analytics, design ABA treatment plans for our young clients.
BC’s and BCBA’s provide training and supervision to BC’s and BCBA supervisees and our Registered Behavior Technicians and supervises and monitors treatment progress of a client.
They can also provide training to parents / guardians and other responsible parties for the client.

What qualifications do I need to join the ATS team? 1.
PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist AND 1 of the following :
