Blue Ribbon Exteriors is growing, and we're seeking a seasoned Production Manager to help lead the way. If you have 5+ years of hands-on management experience across commercial and custom home projects, and you're ready to evolve into a Division Leader, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple job sites (commercial and custom residential).
  • Develop and implement SOPs to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality across all production activities.
  • Collaborate with clients to maintain satisfaction and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coach and manage field staff, ensuring timelines, budgets, and workmanship are on point.
  • Work closely with ownership to shape the future of this division, from hiring to process optimization.

You Bring

  • 5+ years of production or construction management experience, with a strong background in both custom residential and commercial work.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, resolve site issues, and maintain high standards.
  • Experience working directly with homeowners and clients on complex, high-expectation projects.
  • A passion for building systems and a proactive mindset toward growth and leadership.

    • What We Offer

  • Compensation : $85,000–$95,000 DOE, with room to grow as you step into a division leadership role.
