Job description

(Part-time) - Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania

Your Responsibilities :

As a Kennel Attendant you will play a vital role in the care and wellbeing of the pets at our facility Your tasks will include :

  • Cleaning and sanitizing kennels and pet areas.
  • Feeding and providing fresh water for dogs and cats.
  • Bathing and basic grooming of dogs.
  • Doing laundry blankets towels etc.
  • Supervising and engaging with dogs in daycare.
  • Answering and handling phone calls.

Your Profile :

We are looking for someone who :

  • Is reliable and responsible.
  • Is physically fit and comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Has a genuine love for animals and enjoys working with dogs and cats.
  • Is flexible and available to work weekends.
  • Can work independently but also as part of a team.
  • Has good communication skills and can handle phone inquiries professionally.

    • Work Schedule will include 2-weekend shifts plus other shifts during the week :

  • Saturday 7 : 00 AM  11 : 00 AM and / or 4 : 00 PM 6 : 00 PM.
  • Sunday 7 : 00 AM  9 : 00 AM and / or 3 : 00 PM 6 : 00 PM.
  • Monday-Friday 2 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 PM
