Essential Functions and Primary Duties :
- Primary reviewer for a specified region
- Ability to interpret retirement plan documents
- Ability to review allocations, testing, reconciliations,5500 and schedules
- Effectively uses available resources to identify any errors in the work that is completed by the Client Service Managers. This includes all items related to the annual administration of retirement plans
- Review completed in a professional and timely manner
- Provide value add solutions to increase operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with internal partners in the delivery of timely reviews and accurate information in response to inquiries and / or service issues
- Identify complex situations or requests
- Achieve service goals established by department
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degreeFamiliarity with FT William compliance and 5500 softwareMinimum Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GEDAt least six years of professional, retirement plan administration and compliance experience, including managing a book of businessPossesses comprehensive knowledge of industry and professional concepts, principles, practices, and proceduresExpert knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and professional standardsProficient use of applicable technologyProficient use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise communication and travel solutions (Concur, Skype)Experience performing work that requires initiative and leadership skillsQualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(K) administrator (QKA)Ability to contract with and influence leaders in the organization, good at networking, collaboration, and sharing of ideas and successesStrong problem solver with good business analysis skills (e.g. build business cases, develop and implement plans for business cases, ask probative questions to identify requirements)Ability to handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous assignments, manage to critical deadlines, with extraordinary attention to detailDemonstrate an open-minded approach to understanding people regardless of differences; effectively works with people from diverse backgroundsAddress conflicts by focusing on the issues at hand to develop effective solutions when disputes or disagreements occurAbility to travel as necessary#LI-OD1 #LI-Hybrid
