Joining our team, you will support direct client acquisition and connect customers with cutting-edge wireless solutions. Your responsibilities include managing service activations and maintaining CRM records that drive AT&T’s performance.

As an AT&T Wireless Sales Agent, you will take ownership of your territory as part of our targeted D2D campaign. This role demands excellent communication skills to articulate the benefits of AT&T's wireless ecosystem. The AT&T Wireless Sales Agent will be directly responsible for expanding our subscriber base.

Role Requirements for an AT&T Wireless Sales Agent

• Drive residential outreach across assigned territories, promoting AT&T wireless plans and bundled services using approved workflows.
• Assist customers in selecting wireless plans, configuring service options, and activating accounts through structured engagement protocols.
• Maintain CRM accuracy by logging client interactions, service status, and activation timelines to support acquisition tracking and campaign performance.
• Resolve service-related concerns, clarify product features, and communicate updates on AT&T’s wireless offerings using approved outreach channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align onboarding documentation, provisioning readiness, and resolution benchmarks across wireless service tiers.
• Monitor territory performance and provide strategic feedback to enhance outreach effectiveness and campaign growth.
