You Are :

A Seasoned NetSuite Technical Manager. You will be responsible for leading solution design, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite systems. This role demands deep technical proficiency across NetSuite modules and customization tools, as well as strong advisory and stakeholder management capabilities. As a Technology SME, you will be responsible for working closely with client project teams to provide expertise in functional, technical, industry, and tools / methods to ensure successful solution design and delivery.

The Role :

  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for project technical leadership, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Additionally, you will provide solutions to NetSuite projects.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather, interpret, and refine requirements.
  • Lead complex NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Architect and implement custom modules, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing NetSuite configurations and scripts.
  • Provide technical guidance during implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
  • Document technical designs, configuration decisions, and development processes.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite architecture and implementations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in JavaScript and object-oriented programming.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with NetSuite OneWorld Edition and third-party integrations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with REST / SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
  • Bonus Points If :

  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Developer).
  • Experience with NetSuite AI capabilities, NSAW & NS EPM.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Pre-sales technical solutioning experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
