Practice Setting
219-bed Level III trauma centerThree-room Angio suite with IR, Cardiology, and Vascular capabilitiesDedicated IR support staff and anesthesia teamWeekday coverage 7a-5 : 30p with night / weekend callSchedule
Must be available for Christmas week (Dec 22-26); orientation likely Dec 19Additional dates available through May, with ongoing openings from July forward24-hour inpatient call model (low night / weekend callback rate)Cases and Procedures
Vascular and non-vascular IR : embolization, thrombolysis, angioplasty, stentingInpatient consults, emergency interventions, and fistula proceduresRequirements
Board Certified in Interventional RadiologyHawaii license or active IMLC (Hawaii can be added in 1-2 days)Must have a clean background and second DEA for initial assignmentsBLS and ACLS requiredTravel Accommodations
Travel covered : airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileageFly into Kahului Airport (OGG); time zone difference and full-day travel consideredLodging includes night before and after assignmentOther Details
