What It Takes to Keep Quality Tight

• Know-How : High school diploma or GED.
• Experience : Previous quality assurance experience. (Preferably in food manufacturing).
• Attention to Detail : You catch the small stuff that keeps the big stuff moving.
• Physical Ability : Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift up to 50 lbs. when needed.
• Attitude : Reliable, steady, and proud to be the one who keeps things right.

A Day on the Line

Visually inspect bags of raw materials | Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and supplier information against production documentation | Conduct sampling and testing of ingredients | Ensure allergen control procedures are followed | Maintain logs for traceability and compliance with regulatory standards | Follow proper hygiene and sanitation protocols during bag dumping | Communicate any quality concerns to the Quality Assurance team | Assist with audits and inspections as needed
