What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents to the appropriate authorities and / or Allied Universal management.

Assist visitors and employees with inquiries and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Maintain clear and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities as required by site protocols.

Follow all company and client-specific protocols while performing unarmed patrol duties at government-operated locations.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
