Responsibilities
Generate insurance quotes and close new business across auto, home, renters, life, and commercial linesBuild strong relationships with clients through trust, communication, and personalized serviceIdentify customer needs and recommend coverage options that best protect their assetsFollow up with leads, referrals, and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retentionParticipate in agency marketing and community outreach to grow brand awareness in the Parkville areaMaintain accurate records, process policy changes, and assist with billing or claims inquiries as neededContinuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and mentorshipRequirements
Full-time, in-office position located in Parkville, MOMust have, or be able to obtain, a Missouri Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (licensing support provided)Willingness to learn insurance products, sales systems, and agency best practicesComfortable with phone outreach, networking, and follow-up communicationCommitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining professionalism
