Data Analyst and Report Developer

Position Purpose The D365 CE / F&O Report Developer is responsible for creating, enhancing, and supporting business intelligence and operational reports across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) and D365 Customer Engagement (including Field Service). This role partners with stakeholders to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly support informed, data-driven decision-making.

Pay Range $100,000 - $130,000 plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, modified reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.
• Develop complex SQL queries to extract data for reporting and build integrations using technologies like OData and Transact SQL. Ensure data accuracy, availability, consistency, and integrity throughout the reporting process.
• Collaborate with business users to identify reporting gaps, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design custom features and extensions within D365 F&O. The F&O development group will implement these changes, but the report developer will need to be able to communicate specifications.
• Provide advanced technical support for reporting issues, including debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reporting solutions, configurations, and development processes. Assist end users with training on how to access and use the reports and reporting tools.
