Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, financial performance, customer service, and employee management. This role requires a results-oriented leader with strong business acumen, proven management experience, and the ability to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to department managers and staff.
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure P&L accountability.
- Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team.
- Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business expansion.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the Home Services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or related field preferred).Proven track record of successfully managing operations and achieving financial goals.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and KPI management.Ability to motivate and hold teams accountable to performance standards.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred but not required).Valid driver’s license.Compensation and Benefits
