Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to department managers and staff.
• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality service.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure P&L accountability.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team.
