Senior Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to lead the design and implementation of security controls for client systems.

Key Responsibilities

Apply Zero Trust principles and translate architectural controls into enforceable engineering practices

Manage the vulnerability lifecycle, including identification, prioritization, and remediation

Integrate security tooling into engineering workflows and automate compliance tasks

Required Qualifications

6 years of experience as a security engineer

Significant experience in cloud security, Linux / Unix OS, and web application security

Familiarity with NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and HHS-specific requirements

Experience with vulnerability management and compliance automation

Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
