Senior Business Process Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to drive operational excellence and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Map and evaluate end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation

Define key process metrics and build dashboards to monitor performance

Partner with teams to pilot, scale, and sustain process improvements while ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence, preferably in digital health

Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools

Experience with go-to-market systems, such as CRM and marketing automation

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives
