Opportunity

As Marketing Manager, you will join a team-focused, fast-paced environment and will be integral in the success of New England Lab through developing our strategic brand to enhance our market presence as the preferred lab furniture vendor. The Marketing Manager needs to have experience developing a multi-faceted marketing program specifically in the A / E / C industry. They will drive brand awareness and lead generation through strategic planning, outreach, content marketing initiatives, and their associated KPIs and ROIs. This is a full-time, in-person, salary position with standard hours of 8am-5pm M-F, reporting to the President.

Role

In the position of Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for directing the overall strategy of New England Labs brand, message, and promotion through print, web, social media, advertising, tradeshows, publications and awards / recognition.Ensuring brand guidelines and consistent messaging of New England Labs marketing program. You will be the in-house expert on marketing initiatives, digital tools and tactics, and will collaborate with other departments to amplify existing marketing content and to deliver measurable results.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Creating, managing and growing New England Labs brand presence while engaging and targeting specific demographics through traditional print and advertising along with web and social media platforms
• Oversee, manage, and develop all aspects of specific marketing for locations and divisions (3 locations / 2 divisions)
• Identify, manage, and create strategy for industry events / trade shows to optimize engagement and client business
• Responsible for the content, functionality, and results of the company websites and social media sites as well as management of media requests and determining relevance
• Must prioritize and manage multiple concurrent assignments to ensure the delivery of materials that effectively communicate New England Labs message
• Responsible for media requests and determining relevance, design and content
• Day-to-day budget oversight and management, including but not limited to planning, submission, tracking, and reporting
• Responsible for overseeing company events (may be required after hours and / or minimal domestic travel)
• Organize review sessions and manage feedback to collect best practices and areas for continuous improvement
• Develop Marketing department and train and mentor new team members
• Responsible for tracking current trends by attending events and representing New England Lab within local A / E / C community
• Manage the budget and approval of NEL clothing, literature, and giveaway products
• Work with other departments (Sales, Technical Services, Client Solutions, NEC and Project Management) to ensure consistent messaging and easy access to vendor marketing materials

This is a stationary position involving constant operation of computers and other office machinery. Substantial repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers are required.
