Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team for a short-term contract to support our annual re-verification season. In this vital role, you'll be helping patients confirm their healthcare insurance coverage is active and accurate for their prescription drug products. This position is a great opportunity to apply your experience in the healthcare insurance industry.
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay rate : 19.50 per hour, weekly pay, direct deposit
- Remote opportunity, equipment provided
- Must be willing to go onsite in The Colony TX to pick up equipment and do a tech enablement session, this will be between December 1st - 5th
- Contract opportunity, duration December 8th to mid-February
- 3 weeks of training provided
- Training hours : Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm CST
- After training, must be willing to work any 8 hour shift between 7am to 7pm CST
Qualifications
2+ years (minimum) Benefit Verification / Benefit Investigation experienceStrong understanding of insurance (EOB, deductibles, claims, payer portals, etc.)High school diploma or GEDSoft Skills

Complete a high volume of outbound calls to patients to re-verify their insurance details.Clearly and professionally communicate with patients, payers, providers and pharmacies to gather necessary information, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.Document patient information and verification outcomes accurately in our system.Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly re-verification goals.Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve basic patient inquiries regarding the re-verification process.Duration : This is a temporary contract from December 1st through mid-February, with the possibility of being extended or shortened based on business needs.Lunch : One hour, unpaidLocation : Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Dallas TXTime Off : No time off is permitted during the entire contract.
