Position Overview

We're seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury home construction sites. You'll be responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project schedules across sites between West Palm Beach and Delray Beach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities from ground-breaking to final punch list.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain safety compliance and enforce job site cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and project managers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues proactively.
• Track progress and report updates to the project team.
