Job Summary
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of adults with autism and / or intellectual disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, administering medication, behavior de-escalation and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Driver's License RequiredPrevious experience as a Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferredFirst aid and CPR-certified PreferredODP Medication Administration Training PreferredODP / Relias / Related trainings or coursework PreferredKnowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skillsAbility to adhere to all health and safety guidelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift heavy objectsCompassionate, respectful, ethical
