Quest Design & Millwork is seeking a passionate and results-driven Project Manager to lead high-impact, design / build manufacturing projects from concept to completion. If you're a strategic thinker with a flair for design and a knack for managing complex workflows, we want to hear from you!

Location : Onsite at facility in Stafford, TX

Travel : Up to 10%

What You'll Do :

• Lead and coordinate all phases of manufacturing-based projectsfrom RFPs and sales orders to production and installation.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met with precision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Review and approve architectural fixture drawings, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Monitor production progress through hands-on reviews and financial tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Interior Design, Graphic Design, Engineering, Purchasing, Estimation, Operations, and Installation teams.
• Drive revenue and margin growth in partnership with Sales and Operations.
• Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support project success.
